SQC Regional Clusters (2015)

Ministers in South QLD Conference work together in Regional Clusters to build Trusting Friendships, and to facilitate personal encouragement and regional planning and sharing of resources. Regional Cluster groups are a highlight for many ministers, especially those who spend much of their time working in isolation. Regional Cluster groups are a time to enjoy friendship, find encouragement, share resources, and develop skills. Cluster Facilitators organise and facilitate the meetings which also serve as an opportunity to highlight regional opportunities and challenges.

• SQC leadership considers the groups essential, and asks each pastor to participate faithfully—not merely from the perspective of “what I get out of it”, but also from the perspective of “the contribution I can make for benefit of my colleagues in ministry”— and to the advance of the Gospel in the various communities we serve.
